Transforming Leaders Initiative Conferences

The Transforming Leaders Initiative grows out of the conviction that the Church in Scotland needs biblically equipped and shaped leaders to be faithful to its mission. Every member of the body of Christ needs to be equipped to make their contribution to God’s mission through God’s people – to reach our nation for Christ. The equipping of God’s people is the particular job of leaders. The Transforming Leaders Initiative is aimed at the formation of young and emerging leaders in Scotland so that they become leaders who make disciples.
