Theology, Worldview and Culture MLitt

Chalmers Institute is partnering with Highland Theological College to deliver their MLitt in Theology, Worldview and Culture.

Led by our Director Dr Mark Stirling, the MLitt explores questions such as ‘Why do faith perspectives always seem to clash with the voice of a largely secular culture?’, ‘Is it even possible to be a Christian and a politician in today’s world?’, ‘What does it mean to be a Christian artist, financier, engineer, musician, or farmer in this period of history?’.

It helps students to develop an inter-disciplinary approach to an integrative and thoroughly creational Christian theology, on this MLitt Theology, Worldview and Culture.

The course introduces the theological methods, categories, and concepts needed to relate Christian tradition to every aspect of life in the contemporary world.

Whether you have a background as a minister, church worker, professional, artist, or business person, draw strongly on the outlook of classical neo-Calvinism and become equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to analyse and understand our cultural landscape, and begin to respond to the opportunities and challenges faced by society and the church.
